NBAA Tax Conference October 28 and 29, 2012

Stephen Hofer, President of the Aerlex Law Group, will be one of the presenters at a workshop during the National Business Aviation Association’s Tax and Regulatory Conference in Orlando, Florida. The workshop, which takes place on Day 2 of the Tax Conference, addresses the topic, “Tax, Operational and Organizational Issues in an Aircraft Acquisition.” Hofer is a long-time member of NBAA’s Tax Committee.

The conference is an important annual gathering. It presents business aviation professionals with the practical knowledge to help ensure compliance with the complex web of federal, state and local government regulation that impacts aircraft ownership. The conference also provides updates on changes in federal and state tax laws and policies. The tax event precedes NBAA’s Annual Meeting and Convention which takes place on October 30 through November 1.

Aerlex will be well represented at the annual NBAA Convention. In addition to Hofer, Senior Transactional Counsel Amanda Applegate and Regulatory Counsel Craig Weller will all be attending the convention.
