NBAA GO Leadership Summit (Virtual)

NOTE: The 2021 NBAA Leadership Conference will not be held as an in-person event as originally scheduled, due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19.
The NBAA GO Leadership Summit, developed by NBAA’s Business Aviation Management Committee, will bring the community together in a virtual format, introducing new features and benefits.
March 24-25, 2021 • Leading Through Uncertainty
The NBAA GO Leadership Summit will feature a full schedule of professional speakers and opportunities for attendees, speakers and sponsors to connect and engage with one another as well as elevated experiences designed to surprise and delight attendees.
Past NBAA Leadership Conference attendees will recognize the timeliness, caliber and quality of the educational content at the NBAA GO Leadership Summit. Keynote speakers will focus on topics such as:

- Accountability
Emphasis will be placed on important workforce issues including hiring for fit and attracting the next generation while building a more inclusive and accepting industry.

Col. Nicole Malachowski – Successfully Navigating Change and AdversityCol. Malachowski, the first female Thunderbird pilot, had a 21-year aviation career that included commanding an F-15E fighter squadron; combat experience in Iraq and Kosovo; and becoming a White House Fellow and adviser with posts at the Pentagon. After a devastating tick-borne illness left her unable to speak and walk safely for almost nine months, she was forced to leave her aviation dreams behind. Malachowski shares her inspiring story about harnessing the headwinds of change. Attendees can apply these lessons organizationally and personally to create a high-performance culture. |
