As a Senior Paralegal at Aerlex Law Group, Susan Orozco-Neu is instrumental in forming, maintaining, reviving and dissolving limited liability companies and corporations in all 50 states. Her corporate work comprises filing entity annual reports or statements with the secretary of state; filing fictitious business name statements; updating and maintaining corporate records to meet statutory requirements; and preparing stock or membership interest issuance or transfer documentation. She plays an important role, generating and organizing the voluminous documentation for aircraft transactions and ensuring smooth and timely closings. In addition, her background in litigation allows her to contribute her skills to aviation and business litigation matters.
Prior to joining Aerlex in 2005, Ms. Orozco-Neu gained experience as a paralegal in the corporate and litigation departments of several large Los Angeles law firms. Her assignments during these years included extensive transactional work; serving as lead paralegal in charge of multi-party insurance defense cases; and working on all phases of litigation in cases encompassing product liability, patent and trademark, labor, personal injury and many types of tort law. Ms. Orozco-Neu graduated from the UCLA University Extension Attorney Assistant Training Program, offered in cooperation with the UCLA School of Law.
