Aerlex Attorney Stephen Hofer and to Speak at NAFA Conference

Aerlex Law Group attorney Stephen Hofer will be speaking this week at the National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Their presentations will take place during a special one-day Aircraft Education Program that precedes NAFA’s main conference. Hofer, the President and founder of the Aerlex Law Group, will talk about “International Financing Trends” and will address a number of subjects of recent interest in aircraft financing, including the shift in the commercial aircraft financing mix, emerging market trends, the rise of Asian bank financing, and the renewed emphasis on leasing as an aircraft acquisition and financing tool.

This year’s conference, held April 8th through 11th at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, is the 43rd annual gathering of the aircraft finance organization. Speakers will address the current outlook for the economy and the business aircraft industry as well as recent developments and critical issues impacting aviation finance. Social events at the conference include a golf tournament, beach activities, and a dinner with live auction.
